God's unfailing Mercies to us Part 8

Warmest Greetings to you my Dear Reader. Let's continue on the journey of looking at the scriptures on the word Mercy.

1. Ezra 3 vs. 11 " And they sang responsively, praising and giving thanks to the LORD: ' For He is good, For His mercy endures forever toward Israel.' Then all the people shouted with a great shout, when they praised the LORD, because the foundation of the house of the LORD was laid."

2. Ezra 7 vs.28 " And has extended mercy to me before the king and his counselors, and before all the king's mighty princes. So I was encouraged, as the hand of the Lord my God was upon me; and I gathered leading men of Israel to go up with me."

3. Ezra 9 vs.9 " For we were slaves. Yet our God did not forsake us in our bondage; but He extended mercy to us in the sight of the kings of Persia, to revive us, to repair the house of our God, to rebuild its ruins and to give us a wall in Judah and Jerusalem."

4. Nehemiah 1 vs. 5 " And I said; ' I pray, LORD God of heaven, O great and awesome God, You who keep Your covenant and mercy with those who love You and observe Your commandments."

5. Nehemiah 1 vs. 11 "O Lord, I pray, please let Your ear be attentive to the prayer of Your servants, and to the prayer of Your servants who desire to fear Your name; and let Your servant prosper this day, I pray, and grant him mercy in the sight of this man". For I was the king's cupbearer."

6. Nehemiah 9 vs. 31 " Nevertheless in Your great mercy You did not utterly consume them nor forsake them; For You are God, gracious and merciful."

7. Nehemiah 9 vs. 32 " Now therefore, our God, The great, the mighty, and awesome God, who keeps covenant and mercy: Do not let all the trouble seem small before You That has come upon us, Our kings and our princes, Our priest and our prophets, Our fathers and all Your people, From the days of the kings of Assyria until this day. "

8. Nehemiah 13 vs. 12 " And I commanded the Levites that they should cleanse themselves, and that they should go and guard the gates to sanctify the Sabbath day.
Remember me, O my God, concerning this also, and spare me according to the greatness of Your mercy!"

9. Job 9 vs. 15 " For though I were righteous, I could not answer Him; I would beg mercy of my judge."

10. Job 37 vs. 13 " He causes it to come, Whether for correction, Or for His land, Or for mercy."

May the mercies of Our LORD and God be poured out upon us in the name of Jesus.

Peace.
